There is a lot of consider when planning your return to operations. This checklist is the first step in a three-step framework to provide the best practices and protocols to open your hotel post COVID-19 shutdown. 

Divided in to three main sections, communication, core job functions and general planning, it is designed to distill the overwhelming number of tasks in to a manageable and methodical process. Not every hotel is the same, and not every scenario will be the same. These recommendations are intended to be a guide and should be adapted to your specific needs.
